Multiple product orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping may be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for products in your order. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order acceptance policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. APM Bless (UK) Limited and Sanuku APM Limited reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item, in which case a refund will be made where necessary.

Out-of-stock products

Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.

Payment methods

Our merchant facilities accept most credit cards. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card issuing bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Shipping information, returns and refunds

All orders are dispatched from our UK based fulfilment service.

If you have any reason to believe the product you receive from us is anything less than we claim (packaging may vary), then we will replace it upon proof of failure, within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will accept the return of products to the fulfillment facility of origin in good condition - all costs in this regard are the responsibility of the customer. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be corrected by us at no cost to the customer, providing we have clear proof of the discrepancy. Any claim for damaged items will only be accepted and considered with provision of photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) at time of delivery, and the packaging used for the delivery in question.

Products returned in good condition within 30 days of the initial order, due to a customer deciding the items are no longer required, will be refunded. The products must be received by us before the above options can be implemented. To ensure efficient processing of returned items, please contact us in writing before the items are sent back to our fulfillment service to ensure problems do not occur. All returns must be sent with full tracking and/or by Courier.

In the event of a return due to non-delivery within 30 days of the order having been dispatched, and as a result of the customer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or not accepting the items for delivery for any reason, AND providing the method of delivery chosen by the customer included tracking, the net value of the goods returned in good condition will be refunded in monetary terms less any processing fees charged to us by our fulfilment service.

We will not issue monetary refunds for orders where the shipping method chosen and paid for by customers did not include tracking (ALL orders that include free shipping will be sent with tracking.)

We will do our part and try to follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you choose, to the address that you provide. We will dispatch your orders as quickly as possible at the rates that we have agreed to on our site.

Our goal is to make every customer happy! We aim to do exactly as the customer requests us to do (within reason and legal boundaries), like any good company should.

Typographical errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, APM Bless (UK) Limited and Sanuku APM Limited shall have the right to adjust any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
